These terms apply to TradeXtool, provided by to be added (KvK to be added). By creating an account you agree to them.
TradeXtool is software: you build, test and run trading strategies, and receive signals. We never hold your funds, do not manage portfolios and give no investment advice. TradeXtool never places an order on your exchange account. Every order is placed by you, and is your own decision and responsibility.
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Use exchange API keys with trading rights only, never withdrawal rights.
Plus costs €22 a month or €220 a year. Pro costs €220 a month and is only available monthly. Both are paid in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Switching from Plus to Pro takes effect at once and the difference for the rest of the period is charged straight away; switching back credits the unused part of Pro to your next invoice. The TradeX AI token allowance included in each plan is shown on your subscription page. Every account starts on Free, which needs no card and is never charged. Prices may change; an existing subscription keeps its price until the end of the current period, and we tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
You can cancel any month. See Cancellation & refunds, including the full refund within 14 days of your first payment, which also covers your EU right of withdrawal.
Trading crypto-assets carries a high risk, including losing your entire deposit. Backtests, paper runs and past results never guarantee future results. Signals can be late, wrong or missing, and exchanges can fail.
We work to keep TradeXtool running at all times, but cannot promise it never goes down. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
We are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, or losses caused by exchanges or third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage occurred. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
You can delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious misuse; you then get a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period that was not misused.
If we change these terms, we tell you in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel. Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
