Does TradeXtool place orders for me?
No, and that is a choice. Your strategies watch the market and tell you what fired, and they run on paper money. You place every order yourself, on your own exchange. Placing orders for you is a regulated service in Europe, and we do not offer it.
Can you see or move my money?
No. We never hold funds, and we refuse exchange keys that can withdraw. Your keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe a strategy to TradeX AI, build it from indicators and comparisons, or start from 229 setups in the library. If you can write a formula, TradeX Script is there too.
Will a good backtest make me money?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. A backtest shows how rules would have done on the past, with fees. That is why every result comes with an honesty report and the buy-and-hold number next to it.
Can I cancel?
Any month, from your subscription page. You keep your plan until the end of the period and then go back to Free, and there is a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
