TradeXtool has two subscriptions: Plus for €22 a month or €220 a year, and Pro for €220 a month.
The free plan
Every account starts on Free and stays there until you choose otherwise. Free needs no card and is never charged. It is limited in scale, not in honesty: the same engine, the same trust report. Stopping a paid plan drops you back to Free; nothing of yours is deleted.
Cancelling
Monthly: cancel any month, from your subscription page or through the payment portal. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for; you are not charged again.
Yearly: cancel any time; you keep your plan until the end of the year you paid for and it does not renew.
After it ends your strategies pause. Subscribe again and they continue by themselves.
Refunds
14 days, no questions: if you ask within 14 days after your first payment, we refund it in full. This also covers your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU.
After those 14 days, payments for a period that has started are not refunded, but you keep access until that period ends.
If we charged you by mistake, or the service was unavailable for a substantial part of a period, we refund that part.
To ask for a refund, email support@tradextool.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
